Pip Johnson is a contemporary fashion and editorial photographer, who creates an edgy and urban feel through her images. Her work deals with establishing a sense of beauty within an urban landscape, engaging the audience by revealing a sense of personal identity associated with living in an urban environment. Pip’s work characterizes a retro feel through muted tones and a cinematic approach to all projects. Her images juxtapose gritty locations and styling with soft, delicate tones and a refined colour palette. Pip is passionate about controlling light, tone and colour to portray the beauty in metropolitan areas and the fashion and culture that occupies them.

Pip’s communication of urban revival is motivated by her experiences growing up and living in Birmingham UK. She is a graduate from Norwich University College of the Arts.

Her work experience includes an exhibition at Millennium Point, published in Lost Boy Zine and Feed Magazine as well as experience assisting renowned fashion photographer Mark O’Sullivan.
