With a background directing theatre, my first short films were broadcast as part of the BBC Local TV pilot. Since then I’ve written and directed drama and documentary shorts, with work screened at international film festivals and broadcast on digital TV.

My short doc Wake won the DepicT! '11 Award at Encounters International Film Festival and the Current TV Short Cuts competition.

I'm currently developing my first feature ideas as a writer and director alongside several shorts projects.

The Unquiet was shortlisted in the BAFTA Rocliffe New writing Forum. And The Truth, was awarded a special commendation in the Euroscript Screen Story Competition. An excerpt was selected for a table read at London Screenwriters’ Festival ’13.

This year I've been selected for Writing West Midlands’ Writer Development Programme 2014-15. And the Directors Guild of Great Britain Tools Of Directing Master Workshop '14.
