A man has woken up early prior to his father's funeral and takes a walk to a lake. On his way he talks to himself in somewhat of a ramble whilst confronting old demons in the process. Issues such as abuse, family roles and memories play a key part in this, as well as reconciliation and hope.

About me

I work at a design/print company but write on the side. My short story 'Panting' was published in Open Pen Magazine and another called 'Looking in the Lava Lamp' was published in With Regard to Modernity.

In addition I have co-written a screenplay for a short film called Wonderkid which has won a grant from the Kevin Spacey Foundation and recently received support from Sir Ian McKellen, who narrated our Kickstarter video.
