Having a 30-year career in performing, acting, singing, dubbing and producing, I have always been interested in dramaturgy, having studied Brazilian and Portuguese Drama in my degree (B.A. Portuguese and Brazilian Studies - Kings College, London - 1997).

In the last 5 years have been involved in scriptwriting, having done a few courses in both screen and theatre writing, both in the UK, where I have been living for 24 years, and in Brazil. I have finished my M.A. degree in Scriptwriting at Goldsmiths in August 2013, having gained a Distinction. I am now establishing myself as a professional screenwriter.
In 2012 I had my first play staged, in Brazil (A Casa que Gira – The Spinning House), having been selected in Banco do Brasil Urgent Drama Competition.
The same play is being staged in the UK this month, having been selected by the Irresponsible Decorators Theatre Company. My first short film Faceless was shot in 2013.
