About me

SPOTLIGHT PIN: 3814-9058-9648

I am a friendly, talented and hard-working London based actor represented by Gardner-Herrity who graduated in September 2014 with Distinction from in MA Acting (formerly Classical Acting) at Drama Centre London. I have a particular passion for working in theatre, especially more classical work like Shakespeare, Webster, Chekhov, Ibsen, Shaw, Rattigan, Coward, and Wilde. I am also very interested in Contemporary Theatre including writers such as Jez Butterworth, and enjoy screen work: I recently finished a short film for China Central Television.

Credits since graduating include Othello (St Leonard's Church), Vanuatu (Short Film), Being Nice (Short Film), Couch Surfer (Short Film), and The Lady by the Lake (Workshop, Theatre By The Lake)

At Drama Centre stage credits include Kit in French Without Tears (Platform Theatre), Tom in In Basildon (Studio Theatre), Andre in Three Sisters (Vakhtangov Theatre, Moscow), Constant in The Provoked Wife (Studio Theatre), Rocket to the Moon (Studio Theatre), Brutus in Julius Caesar (Studio Theatre), Orestes in Orestes (Studio Theatre) and Ferdinand in The Tempest (Rehearsal Exercise). Radio credits at Drama Centre include Ken in Whose Life Is It Anyway?.

Before Drama Centre I studied for 4 years at Cambridge University, taking a Double First Class degree in both History (Part I) and English Literature (Part II).

I also enjoy directing and writing and have substantial experience in both fields.

Directing credits include Shakespeare’s Richard II (ADC Theatre), Ibsen's An Enemy of the People (ADC Theatre), Moliere’s The Misanthrope (Fitzpatrick Hall, Queen’s College), Joe Orton’s Entertaining Mr. Sloane (Corpus Playroom), Joe Orton’s What The Butler Saw (Millicent Fawcett Hall).

Writing Credits include Heart of Darkness (Arcola Theatre, Corpus Playroom) Smokers (Various), Soundtrack To Your Life (ADC Theatre), and The Illustrious Client (Short Film adaptation of Conan Doyle).
