I moved to London in 2010 at the age of 18 to pursue a career in Theatre. Since then I have kept myself busy working as an Actor at the National Theatre Shed, Southbank Centre, Arcola Theatre, Almeida Theatre, Theatre503, Tricycle Theatre, Greenwich Theatre, Edinburgh Fringe, Minack Theatre, Shoreditch Town Hall, Hampstead Theatre Downstairs, The Roundhouse, Lyric Hammersmith Studio, and Theatro Technis.
As a Director my projects include: "Keep Your Coins" (National Theatre Young Studio), "The Butterfly Defect" (Theatre503) and upcoming new writing festival "Little Write Lies", which I have also produced and curated, at the Vaults 2015.
In 2014 so far I have performed at the Tricycle Theatre in their Young Company show "The Kilburn Passion" (original and revival cast), and as Ariel in "The Tempest" at the Minack Theatre, Cornwall. In August I played Puck in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at Southbank Centre.
As a Deviser I have workshopped with the National Theatre Studio, Punchdrunk at Temple Studios, and Complicite at the Jerwood Space, as well as currently developing my own pieces.
My first play, "If The Lights Are Too Bright" was developed at the National Theatre Young Studio in December 2013, and was supported by Old Vic New Voices LAB for a workshop in March 2014. I am currently developing two other written pieces.
On Television I have been featured in the BBC2 adaptation of "Richard II", and can be seen in Steven Spielberg's "War Horse".
I spent Spring 2013 working with the "Young Studio" at the National Theatre Studio, and in August 2013 performed in the devised piece "The Shape of the Impossible" at the National Theatre Shed.
In Canada I trained classically with the Stratford Shakespeare Festival, and worked professionally in roles such as Dakin in "The History Boys", Darcy in "Pride & Prejudice", and Trinculo in "The Tempest".
In my spare time I work at the Barbican Centre, where I research other cool artists making theatre, music, and art from around the world.
