Hello!

I am committed to a career in Scenic Art, and I am ever keen to expand my skills and experience! I am based in the North West of England, but I will travel to work anywhere in the UK. I enjoy travelling and have a full, clean UK driving Licence.

Recently completed a PGDip in Scenic Art and have have begun painting professionally as a scenic artist.

Dirty Dancing, Sister Act and Grease in UK touring theatre.

Amateur Experience:
Painted 7 sets for 'Chester Little Theatre' during 2010
[including 'A Doll's House' which went on to win 'Best Overall Production' at the Cheshire Theatre Guild Awards 2010.]
'yellow brick road' for Tip Top Productions @ Theatre Clwyd on 'The Wizard of OZ.'

I work well in a team and can use my initiative to get the job done to tight deadlines.

Painting Theatre cloths on frames and floors.
Painting on scenic gauze.
Painting for animation in film/TV
Texturing skills for both Theatre and animation
Woodgraining for both Theatre and animation
Marbling
Polycarving
A good knowledge and awareness of health and safety
Scissor Lift License
Experience of fibre glassing.
Basic Carpentry skills,
Wallpapering

Thanks for the add Frances! Nice portfolio. I did a couple of small volunteering jobs with set and behind the scenes and really enjoyed it, but didnt do anything as impressive haha!
