Meet the Sky Arts Ignition Futures Fund ambassadors at our events
Want to meet the Sky Arts Ignition Futures Fund ambassadors? Come along to one of our free events, to find out how you could win £30,000 and a unique mentoring programme (for practitioners aged 18-30) in the categories of Performing Arts, Dance, Music, Visual Art and Creative Producing....
For the first time, there are ambassadors for each category, who – following an initial sift of entries – will draw up shortlists of five entrants each. Each ambassador will also speak at an upcoming Sky Arts Ignition: Future Fund advice and networking event.
The ambassadors, and their events, are as follows:
Mark Ball, Artistic Director and Chief Executive of LIFT (for Creative Producing) and David Micklem, Artistic Director of BAC (for Performing Arts) will be speaking at the London session on Monday 12 November from 2-4.30pm, at BAC.
Godfrey Worsdale, Director of BALTIC (for Visual Art), will be speaking at the Gateshead session on Tuesday 20 November from 2-4.30pm, at BALTIC.
Cameron Blackwood, Producer (for Music) will be speaking at the Edinburgh Session on Friday 9 November from 2-4.30pm, at Creative Scotland.
Julia Carruthers, Director of the Dublin Dance Festival (for Dance), will be speaking at the Dublin session on Wednesday 21 November from 2-4.30pm.
