Yve Blake is a Sydney-born London-based maker of theatre, music, online experiences and a fool of herself.

She is interested in taking her audiences on a metaphorical orienteering quest to find each other. She is more specifically interested in: what paths we can take, the unexpected things we can discover along the way and which non-metaphorical trail snacks we should pack for the journey. Usually she makes her work in collaboration with her audience.

Her multifarious works have included: an internationally touring solo show, audio guided installations, a couple of plays and a theatrical game-based banquet for 50. She has presented work of various shapes and sizes at Soho Theatre, Battersea Arts Centre, The National Theatre, The Bush Theatre, The Basement, Roundhouse, Arts Admin, the Museum of Contemporary Art (Sydney) and World Stage Design 2013 (Cardiff). Yve is also an award-winning and published playwright. 'Sugar Sugar', a play she developed at the Royal Court Young Playwright's program, premiered in June at MKA Theatre of New Writing in Melbourne.

She is currently touring her latest show 'Then' which premiered at VAULT festival 2014 in London and has since returned to London 5 times by popular demand. 'Then' is being developed with the support of the National Theatre Young Studio, supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.

She is currently writing a new show 'Lie Collector' Which will premiere at VAULT Festival in February 2015. Co-write the show with her at http://www.WhoWereWe.com.

Lie Collector has been developed through the Open LAB scheme at Barbican/Guildhall, and with support from Old Vic New Voices & Time Warner Foundation.
