I have started photography at the beginning of this year when I joined the MA Photojournalism and Documentary course taught by Paul Lowe at the London College of communication.

September 2014: Photo-story assignment in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, for the NGO Peace One Day. Documented the charity concert it organized there with singer Akon and actor Jude Law, as well as numerous interviews and IDPs camps visits.

July/August 2014: Documented the ongoing conflict between the Islamic State and the Kurdish fighters in Northern Iraq. Focused mainly on the Christian and Yezidi refugee crisis:

- Publication in various international outlets such as Paris-Match, National Geographic, Le Monde, Le Figaro, Libération, The Guardian, The Times, The Daily Mail…

- Worked in cooperation with NGOs, both local (Barzani Foundation) and international (UNHCR, ACF, WFP…)

- Work represented by SIPA Press (although not exclusively and for the European market only)

- Shot and edited news footage for Russia Today

May/June: Photo/Video Intern Editor at Reuters London. Worked under the supervision of Shannon Ghannam and helped edit photo and video content for clients. Edited promotional videos such as Anthem for the Doomed Youth narrated by Stephen Fry.

April 2014: Documented the crossing of Syrian fighters and refugees across the Syrian-Turkish borderlands. Full photo-story published in the Daily Mail.

January 2014: Documented the revolution of Maidan in Kiev as first ever story.


I have a background in law and political science and have graduated with a master in the field from the University of RENNES 1 (France) in 2011.
If I mainly focus on shooting still pictures, I have also produced and edited video content. I am proficient with all video and photography software. I speak fluent English and French and conversational Spanish. As part of my studies and personal endeavors, I have lived in Turkey, Vietnam and Australia.

I am available for any assignment in London or abroad.
