Born in Bolivia, South America, Victor Rios is a Latino actor or Latin American actor that has an exclusive style and is a part of a new generation of Latino actors raising in London. Apart from the stereotypical Latino character, he is able to play a variety of characters without restricting him from trying something new and challenging.

His passion for acting has driving him to take challenges that increased his abilities in different areas that complete him as a performer, such as; Dancing, physical theatre and playing the guitar.

Although Victor has a variety of skills, his main focus is acting, he took part in the musical "Can You Live Without It?" at the Cochrane Theatre by Dream Arts, working along with the Argentinian Director German D'Alessandro at Tierra Theatre Company, and currently member of the National Youth Theatre and IdeasTap website where he did a drama online called "Casino 52",where he played a mysterious drug lord at the casino. This is available to watch it on youtube. His major influence is Silvester Stallone because of his determination to achieve the impossible, and it can be seen in his first movie, "Rocky".

Victor is also exploring other areas as a writer and directing short films and music videos. The United Kingdom has a very low opportunities for a Latino actor to succeed in the industry as there is not many roles for his ethnicity, this drive him to start working in writing screen plays, theatre plays where the Latino community will be taking part in it, and exposing the beautiful diversity of cultures that London has.
