The Legends of Helston

 

A live art event happening in Helston, Cornwall, on the 30 March 2013 (Easter weekend).

 

We are looking for artists, aged between 18-30 on 30 March 2013, to take part in the event.

 

Six selected artists will illustrate folk tales connected to Helston (a list of tales will be provided).

 

Must be comfortable working in front of the public.

 

The event will take place in The Old Cattle Market, Helston: 11am - 6pm.

 

The works will be framed and displayed afterwards in Helston. A percentage of the profit from the sale of an artwork will go to a local charity.

 

Artists will be paid £60 for their participation.
