Shannon Jensen is an American documentary photographer based in London.

Shannon is a featured contributor with Reportage by Getty Images, having started on their Emerging Talent roster in October 2011. Her work has been awarded by Amnesty International, Pictures of the Year International, Days Japan, Magenta's Flash Forward Emerging Photographers and the National Press Photographers Association. Her images were included in American Photography 28 & 29. Shannon attended the 2009 Eddie Adams Workshop.

Her work has been screened at LOOK3 Festival of the Photograph. She is a part of the Open Society Foundation's 2014 Moving Walls exhibition and Photolucida's Critical Mass Top 50.

Clients and publications include The New York Times, Newsweek, Le Monde, Stern, Saturday Telegraph Magazine, 6Mois, GEO, Vanity Fair Italy, Monocle, National Geographic, Oxfam & Medecins Sans Frontieres.

Shannon graduated in 2007 from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics
