I am a Cardiff based illustrator, specialising in fairy tale inspired work. I write and illustrate stories based upon the darkness I see in the real world, weaving them into my fairy tale realm and using poetic metaphors and uncanny motifs to help beguile, enchant and illuminate. I am currently researching and exploring gender conflicts against the uncanny, punishment moral stories, repent and re-birth through painting and puppetry.

I present my narratives as gouache paintings, books, puppets and performance as well as installation work. I actively exhibit my work and have recently started to devise and curate exhibitions. I am also a member of the art collective Pack of Wolves.

I graduated in 2013 with a First-Class Honours degree in Illustration from the Cardiff School of Art and Design and am currently studying for an MA in Art and Design, specialising in Illustration and Fine Art.
