No longer a croupier, a part time lampy, potentially in production, probably in a pint glass.

Currently in house technician for The Gate Arts Centre in Cardiff. Regularly working with Mary Bijou Cabaret and Social Club, I am currently working on the tour of their show "Hitch": https://vimeo.com/116500734 Just finished touring with Crashmat Collective's show "Façade".

Whilst having a genuine motivation towards lighting design as a career, I am also pursuing other management roles. I am eager to fulfil any role involved with the production of shows, with the view of becoming a production manager or creative producer. I have a mainly technical background, with a fair amount of lighting design experience, but my strengths definitely lie as an all rounder. My technical knowledge, creative intuitions and logical mind seem to gravitate me towards a future in production management.

I have worked as technical crew for NoFit State circus during their European tour of "Tabu" and it's Edinburgh Fringe run and also for their collaboration with the Eden Project for their show "Labyrinth". I have also completed work placement with the RSC's lighting department, worked as a stage manager for Mary Bijou Cabaret and continue to collaborate with FatGit Theatre as a lighting designer.


During my time at university, I managed the technical department of the student run venue whilst designing for numerous shows, including a production of "Line" by Israel Horovitz and "God of Carnage" by Yasmina Reza which both went to the National Student Drama festival in 2011 and 2013 respectively. I have experience with production management from University also, where I acted as production management for a large scale charity music, dance, and fashion show with a cast of 120 people. I also worked as technical crew and front of house staff at York Barbican and technical crew at Friargate theatre and York Theatre Royal.
