I am a composer, performer and creative music workshop leader. My main interests as a composer lie in the field (broadly!) of contemporary classical music - although I certainly do not limit myself to that! The majority of my work is for live instrumental/vocal performance, but I also work with electronic/electoacoustic soundtracks.

I have just finished my masters degree in composition at the University of Birmingham where I have been studying with Professor Vic Hoyland.

I enjoy collaborations and have previously worked with dancers/choreographers and poets.

My recent work includes:
- a piece for 40 primary school children with vocals, percussion and live electronics
- a mezzo-soprano aria performed by Amanda Baldwin (Welsh National Opera)
- a 50 minute soundtrack for a dance and physical theatre production for families based on a story by Oscar Wilde
- A work for chamber ensemble of 6/7 instrumentalists
