I have recently finished studying at the University of Surrey having achieved a first class BA Honours degree in Dance and Culture. I have a passion for writing (clichéd I know) and enjoy writing about a variety of topics. My main areas of interest are dance, music and musical theatre, however I am also partial to theatre, visual art and film.

I contributed towards the University newspaper for the majority of my three year degree, writing reviews, opinion articles and discussions. I was also the editor of the Dance and Theatre section for the final year of my degree, giving me an invaluable insight into printed media and how publications function.

I also run an arts website (link above) which not only showcases my writing but also helps publicise artists via social media.

I believe in writing for a reason, and addressing the deeper issues related to the arts and culture sector. I have an analytical, political and critical mind which I think betters my writing style, whilst I also have the ability to adapt to different audiences and produce approachable writing.
