  • i am working on a street art project at the moment. anfield in liverpool is under a Pathfinder initiative, which means thousands of families have been forced out of their lovely victorian homes, so they can be demolished to make way for new builds. which nobody will be able to afford, or want to come back to.
    so....
i need 50 estate agent signs to read "FOR SHAME" and "LET DOWN" under the name Estranged Anfield. i'll put them up in the last street earmarked for demolition.
it will look like the property boom, and remind people of a time when housing was easy. it will also highlight that these are desired, desirable houses, that people can't have.
it's part of a series of street art projects either happening, or trying to happen, in anfield, to challenge the demolition and create a groundswell of positivity amongst local residents.

    HELP?!?!? ANYONE?!?!?!
