About me

My name is David Pustansky, I'm an Actor, Presenter, Writer, Director, and Artist.

I trained at Drama Studio London between 2009 and 2011 where I gained a post graduate certificate in professional acting. Prior to this I trained as part of the original BBC Talent Boost initiative at The Actors Centre, and have also gained a Higher National Diploma in Drama from Buckinghamshire New University.

I am also the artistic director of The ImProDigies theatre company which I founded in 2010. I have directed and performed in shows at venues including The Etcetera Theatre, The Tristan Bates Theatre and The Roundhouse Studio Theatre, and have taken shows to the 2010 Nursery Festival and the 2011 Camden Fringe.

As a writer I have written for plays, poetry and short films, many of which I have also directed. Two of my short films have placed in BBC ran competitions, including coming second in the online BBC Worldwide short film competition based on the popular long running sitcom Red Dwarf.
