I am a vibrant and energetic contemporary theatre practitioner and performance artist, specialising in collaboratively devised methods of creating exciting and innovative performances! Having just completed my Theatre BA degree at University College Falmouth, I am one of the last year to have attended Dartington College of Arts before the merger with UCF. I always enjoy working with new people, in fact I thrive off it! The excitement and electricity from working collaboratively with other artists, bouncing ideas off each other, and creating something truly magical is where I find most of my pleasure in working in this industry. My work is inspired by people, places, myth and social and cultural values, what is relevant in todays society and what different ways I can engage an audience in the theatre, studio, or on the street. My projects span a variety of mediums and performance spaces including street theatre, site-specific performance, film, soundscapes, as well as the more obvious studio and stage based theatre work. Despite specialising in contemporary devised theatre, I do enjoy going back to more traditional forms of theatre when I get the chance. I especially excel at character acting, and am a competent and imaginative director.

My secondary speciality is my long-term involvement in circus arts. I am foremost a stilt artist and fire performer, however when it comes to circus skills I tend to be a jack of all trades and can try my hand at almost anything. Having already established myself in Cornwall as one of but a few self-employed and insured female stilt and fire artists, I've had a whirlwind year of fantastic events and festivals at which I've been lucky enough to work.
