We are CLUSTER BOMB [collective], a contemporary performing artist collective, established in 2009 at Dartington College of Arts & Falmouth University, now based in Hackney Wick, London. We specialise in devising contemporary performances evolving out of a cross-disciplinary, collaborative process that lies between theatre, performance and live art.


Our recent performances emerge from a fascination with the past, present and future of our local context: We combine actions, text, movement, materials and local history, into narratives, sequences and personae.


Companies like Goat Island, GETINTHEBACKOFTHEVAN, Geraldine Pilgrim and Black Market International, inform our approach to combining strong stylistic, visual, textual and action-based performances.


Over 5 years we have collaborated with over 50 national and international artists, whom have artistic practices in the contemporary performance fields of theatre, choreography, writing, visual, digital, video and sonic arts.


The [collective] are Associate Artists at ]performance s p a c e[, and have developed performance projects on both a national and international level at Artsadmin, Battersea Arts Centre, Anolfini Bristol, Falmouth University, ]performance s p a c e [, Arebyte Gallery, Hackney WickED Festival, Kunstfabrik/Flutgraben e.V, and Grüntaler9, Berlin.


We have been artists in residency at: Kunstfabrik/Flutgraben e.V Berlin in 2011, as part Jetzt, Noch-Nicht, Nicht-Mehr (Right Now, Not Yet, No Longer), and at Oryx.met.Syz.y.gy in London 2013, as part of their MOTION

We have been invited as Visiting Practitioners at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (2013) and Falmouth University (2012).
