The Edinburgh 10 Minuters - A Youth Theatre Collective The Edinburgh 10 Minuters is about collaboration; about forming links between young people around the city excited by theatre. We believe in breaking down the boundaries between individual theatre groups and companies, in order to extend networks and present opportunities to create bigger and better work in the future. We hope to become a portal to try new work, and find new people to work with. We think that's how the best theatre comes together. We are not a theatre company, but a collective - we want to bring people in from all over the city to work on short pieces outside their usual working group. New faces, new connections, new theatre. Our first performance will be March 22nd-24th at the Counting House. It will consist of 8 originally written 10 minute plays, directed and acted by young people and students from all over Edinburgh. Changing Faces (19/11/08-17/11/08) Singapore Changing Faces was my first full length theatre production, which I wrote and directed myself. It followed the day of four cafe workers as they struggled to decipher the different between appearance and reality in the everyday social world. It was produced with support from the United Arts Theatre in Singapore.
