I have recently completed an Honours degree in Journalism Studies and Politics, I have been the editor of an award winning student newspaper, have variously been Web Editor and Media Officer for edfringe.com and eif.co.uk for a few festival seasons and have won a couple of journalism and photography awards along the way.

Never one to accept convention; one of my views is that much like classical music, Buckfast is under-appreciated and unjustly stigmatised. Ivor Cutler is my hero, George Orwell my inspiration and I still believe good, honest journalism can make the world better.
