Arsalan is an independent producer and theatre marketer, completing a Ph.D in creative & cultural entrepreneurship at Goldsmiths. His thesis examines theatre marketing strategies and international audience development frameworks in both commercial and subsidised arts organisations. He has an MSc in creative & cultural industry management from the University of Sheffield.

Recently, he produced ’Girl From Nowhere’ at Theatre503 (“powerfully emotive...a must see one-act” ★★★★ Everything Theatre, "classy & clever", “touching & thoroughly captivating”, “breathtaking”).The production is now in development for a transfer to the edFringe15.

He produced ‘Thünderbards’ at the Pleasance edfringe14 and Gilded Balloon edfrige13 (“wonderfully clever & indecently enjoyable”, “wows the crowd”, “impressive”, ★★★★ The List, ★★★★ Broadway Baby)

Arsalan was the marketing manager of Brecht’s ‘In the jungle of cities’ at the Arcola theatre, starring Jeffery Kissoon, as seen in WhatsonStage’s Highlights of 2014, ★★★★ Michael Coveney, ‘hauntingly original imagination’ Michael Billington, ‘a wonder’ The Stage)
