The Dating Game Trailer

Dating Game is a unique participatory show for those in love, looking for love or for those wondering if they can do just a little bit better! Audiences are invited to take part in a series of exercises to complete their dating training led by overnight celebrity and dating guru Linda L’Amour. Dating Game is a funny, playful and occasionally poignant look at the way in which we find love in the modern world and the problems that we face along the way. It’s an experience like no other, in which audiences form their own strands of narrative to enable the creation of their own unique journey within the performance. Combining live music, audience interaction and semi autobiographical material, this self help Dating Course is sure to warm your heart and lift your spirits! Described by Total Theatre Magazine Reviewer, Rebecca Nice as ‘...disarmingly honest, surprisingly empowering and utterly stupid. This is what theatre is for!’ Dating Game has been developed with the guidance of award winning performance artist Bryony Kimmings and funded by Arts Council England. Dating Game is now available for booking in 2014 / 2015.

Sybil, The World's Last Singing Siren

Sybil is an interactive comedy act which has been performed at London Bridge Live Arts Festival and Bring it to Bermondsey 2013 as well as many private and corporate events. Sybil interacts with audiences for a good old sing song...sure to leave even the coldest of fish with a smile on their face!

About me

Emma is an Associate Artist at The Point Theatre in Eastleigh, Hampshire and creates participatory theatre with a focus on character comedy. Graduated from the University of Winchester with a BA Hons degree in Street Arts.
Emma has skills in clowning, comic writing, statue and circus skills as well as creating installations. She is an experienced workshop leader and drama coach for three local performing arts schools.
Currently, embarking on her first full scale show 'The Dating Game' which is due to be performed in Summer 2014. Emma also has a variety of walkabout characters regularly booked at festivals and events and have previously been performed at Larmer Tree Festival, Winchester Hat Fair and The Olympic Stadium.
