I have studied graphic design, photography, fine art, illustration, visual communication, fashion, textiles, music and visual art, installation and durational performance. I graduated from the University of Brighton with a BA (Hons) First Class degree in July 2013. Afterwards, I studied at Central St. Martins on an ‘Entrepreneurship for Creatives’ course and also attended the start-up school for innovators, taught by Wired Sussex.

Last summer, I became a volunteer teacher at The Wild School and began teaching workshops at Central St. Martins, Brighton University, The De La Warr Pavilion and community youth clubs. In October 2013, I became the Founder of Kollektiv, a pop-up gallery for emerging artists to become more entrepreneurial and to learn how to exhibit inside of empty high street shops. The first gallery involved 20 local artists who exhibited their work in an empty butchery. We raised £3,600 with a successful Kickstarter campaign in two weeks.

After their first gallery, I was nominated Vinspired's Most Outstanding Social Entrepreneur of the Year by Brighton’s MP Caroline Lucas. I was awarded the regional South East title, and was also a National Finalist.

Kollektiv is supported by the University of Brighton’s Enterprise department and we were awarded an Enterprise Growth Grant to put towards our spring exhibition, Death By Gallery. Ten new local artists came on Kollektiv’s programme. Together they created another successful Kickstarter in just two weeks, found an empty shop in Brighton and had over 5,000 visitors during the four weeks they were open.
