Aspiring documentary filmmaker and presenter. Looking to collaborate with other young creatives on short films, anything ambitious!

I am currently a PhD scholar at the University of Warwick researching British Black and Asian Shakespeare. I am trained as a Movement Director with a Masters in Movement Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and I graduated from the University of Warwick with 1st Class Hons in English Literature and Theatre Studies.

I am a freelance filmmaker working for the National Theatre, Landsky and Elbow Productions. I have produced short films for the Royal Shakespeare Company, BBC London News and Channel 4 News and a feature length film written by and starring Paterson Joseph 'Sancho - An Act of Remembrance'.

As a Bollywood dancer and choreographer I tour as a solo dancer with the Bollywood Brass Band and have most recently been Assistant Choreographer for BBC3 Bollywood Carmen.

I am an experienced workshop leader. Workshops include Shakespeare, 'A Midsummer Night's Dream: Storytelling, words and movement' (Bristol Shakespeare Festival, Clapham Library, Black History Month 2013, Leicester Curve Theatre) and Bollywood dance (Shuffle Film Festival, BBC Indian Voices Day, UK schools, Norway, Italy).

I trained extensively with the National Youth Theatre, performing new writing such as White Boy by Tanika Gupta and Stars Over Kabul by Rebecca Lenkiewicz, devised work including Living the Dream performed in Shanghai and working as choreographer and Movement Director (Team Welcome Ceremonies, Weekday Nights, Razia).
