    Vision
    A world in which our natural individual talents are supported and developed. One in which motivation and leadership are sought after, recognised, and made viral. Most importantly perhaps, we want to cultivate an already existing community of social entrepreneurs, and train them to actualize their spirit and passion to make the world a better place.
    Mission
    1. Campaigning to promote successful alternative educational methods.
    2. Supporting untapped talents to grow into sustainable and inspiring change agents.
    Values
    Entrepreneurship
    Taking calculated risks, going against the flow when there is reasonable proof or the gut feeling for change. We are initiators, we believe that the ability to create is the most empowering thing an individual can experience.
    Innovation
    Life is based on the paradigm that everything changes or evolves. We encourage alternative, individual, and creative ways of thinking that challenge and reform the status quo.
    Social investment
    We believe that what goes around comes around. If we consistently focus on helping society and people through our actions, they will eventually see our good deeds and help us in return. “Help us help you help us…help you”.
    Role models
    “Walk the talk, and they will talk about your walk”. We support individuals who have the courage to stand by their values, face adversity with a high chin, go against the flow and stand up for what is right when everyone else shies away or turns a blind eye.

    After all values, we all seek happiness. We do our best to facilitate personal fulfillment, yet understand its complexity and “non accessibility”: it is the greatest illusion yet we do our best to be happy, make others happy while standing by our other values.
    Unique aspects of Seeducation
    1. Instead of charging for education, we pay our Seeds to give them training and coaching.
    2. We do not compete with other education systems… we embrace them and welcome them to support each other. After all, we have the same goals.
    The metaphor
    We are something like a football club, but for social agents: investing in talent.
    Our current focus
    1. Developing highly successful and effective social entrepreneurs: they have a positive impact on society and are the type of leaders that we believe are missing in this climate. They are fantastic role models, help sustainable development and financial stability.
    2. Convince the government that radical changes have to be made to education as a whole. We do not wish to stand in the way of the current system, but want alternative, empowering educational methods to be recognized, and supported by the tax we all pay.
