First time I'm writing on here but here goes...

I'm Robyn (Hey!), Dancer, currently still studying at NSCD, Leeds. Aspiring choreographer and just generally interested in all things dance!

So this week I had my first agency audition, very last minute and I'm still waiting to hear back.. but it's looking doubtful. Fingers crossed but we'll see what happens. 

Just had a little watch of IdeasMag talk to Hofesh Shechter and it has defintely kept me motivated (keeping motivated is key in this industry) so bring on the many more auditions to come!

To take my mind off things, I've been creating my own videos in my spare time around my full time course. Will upload one next week after I've premiered it at NSCD student platform night, Monday 10th December 2012- Anyone in Leeds is more than welcome to come down. Free Entry to Free art, How good is that?! 

If anyone out there is feeling a bit down after auditions, don't worry you're not alone! Just keep yourself motivated by doing your own small projects.. seeing other works.. trying something different (gymnastics for example?) It really helps :-)
