About me

Nina von der Werth is a choreographer, currently based in London. Nina trained initially at the Janet Ashton School of Dance in Lincoln, and then moved to The Legat School in Hailsham aged 13. In her fifth and final year she was appointed co-head of the programme, before moving on to train at London Contemporary Dance School (LCDS).

Whilst at LCDS, Nina had the opportunity to further her interest in choreography which had developed at Legat. During her degree, she choreographed three works, all of which were selected to be performed in the Robin Howard Theatre. Since graduating, she has become interested in site-specific and multi-discipline work. Her work often looks to deal with political issues in a visual and entertaining way.
