A freelance filmmaker who specializes in short films, documentaries and music events over the past two years. Currently studying Film Production at the University for Creative Arts where I’ve learnt to develop my skills within different areas ranging from cinematography, scriptwriting and producing – within this I’ve done two projects one specializing in cinematography which is about a partially blind man who does air rifling and target shooting (documentary), another being a producer in a short film (LOSS) which is about a young girl who gets mugged by a drug addict.
Outside of University I run an online-media platform called ‘MULTI-Entertainment’ which specializes in film, music and events. This has brought me new opportunities and experiences, from filming the “AFROBEAT SUNDAYS” event at the O2 and interviewing Choice FM DJ Abrantee. I’ve also created my first short film (OVERTHINKING) which is about a man who confronts his insecurities that have been playing on this mind, as the work was solo I was responsible for many roles – from writing the script, drawing a storyboard, casting the actors, cinematography and editing.
I’m a member of the ITV Talent Pool Scheme, and they run work-placements for people that aspire to work in the media. This year I did a two week placement for them working in the research department for the second series of ‘Surprise Surprise’.
I intend to build professional relationships with members who share the same passion and drive as myself, and hopefully work on future projects together.
