Actor/Theatre Maker with a decade's worth of experience in the industry. As a performer I've worked extensively in London and Scotland and with theatre companies including Hull Truck, Greyscale Theatre Company, Les Enfants Terribles, Gala Theatre Durham, Magpie Puppet Company, Derby Theatre, Mischief La Bas and Hopscotch Theatre. Am passionate about contemporary work of all shapes and sizes.

As a performer have worked extensively in contemporary, innovative theatre, specialising in new writing and devised work. Alongside this I've also appeared in larger scale commercial work including Pantomimes, Christmas Shows, Commercial Tours and various Commercials. In 2014 I toured with 'The Imaginary Menagerie' with Les Enfants Terribles, 'Pirate Gran' with Scamp Theatre/Watford Palace Theatre, worked with 'Infinite Jest' on developing their production of Twelfth Night and finished the year in doing 91 performances of 'Mother Goose' at Chipping Norton Theatre.

2015 is kicking off with a scratch performance of my solo show 'The Uncertain Certainties of an Ex-Caveman' featuring as part of the FIRSTS Festival at The Tristan Bates Theatre in February and solo performance comedy is going to be a bit of a focus for me as the year goes on alongside the development of my work as a writer and composer.

On the Comedy/Cabaret circuit I previously performed as a solo performer as a character based comic particularly during my spell in Scotland 2007-09 where I regularly played gigs at The Tron Vic Bar, CCA and The Stand Comedy Clubs. I also ran comedy sketch group The Comedymutts for 2 years in Londdon.

As a writer my play 'The Girl with the Imagination' made it into the Top 15 Plays for the Verity Bargate Award and was also longlisted for the Adrian Pagan Award at the Kings Head Theatre. I've had short plays produced at Theatre 503, Cambridge Junction and Greenwich Theatre, and have recieved positive feedback on my full length work from companies inc Bush Theatre, Royal Court, National Theatre of Scotland and Soho Theatre.

Alongside my performing work I work extensively in the outreach field having run all sorts of programmes for companies including the National Youth Theatre, Almeida Theatre, Old Vic Schools Club, Shakespeare Schools Festival, The Tramway, Scottish Youth Theatre and Glasgow based social enterprise company ImpAct Arts with whom I ran two successive five week long Gallery 37 Programmes in 2009, 2010 leading to large scale performances at The Arches and The Glue Factory Glasgow.
