I am an avid walker, not in a go for long walks up hills on sundays sense of the word, but in a can't afford a car sense of the word. There are ofcourse many obstacles you face as a devout pedestrian, especially this time of year. Most of which I, through years of hardship, have over come. One inparticular, took me many years to overcome: getting cold. It was not until a visit to my Gran's house a few years ago that i discovered the answer. I told my Gran about the problem that was plaguing me. So she sat me down next to her, took me by te hand, looked at me, smiled reassuringly and said 'Louisa, you know if ever you get cold, just remember this one thing I told you.' 'What is is Gran?' I said eagerly 'But another jumper on you daft bugger' she said, and that bit of advice, has stuck with me, all this time. But despite my wisdom in the art of being a pedestrian (and lack of a car) my parents offered to buy me driving lessons for my 18th, I said thanks but I'm not sure I would use...
