The enigma behind Joshua Hubbard F*#¿!D hails from the 'Land of the Mills' around the back of The Dog Inn pub. Sporting a dysfunctional and strong-minded persona shaped by bricked in windows and moving from school to school supported by a grunge soundtrack, Joshua has embraced the doom and gloom and has been projectile vomiting gothic/punk aesthetic, reggae veggie friendly, 'love it or leave it' spectacles for the past four years. Through Joshua Hubbard F*#¿!D, he hopes to use his ideas to politically challenge audiences emotively, suffocating them with cult references and metaphors from other art forms and media. The details in the fabric of the work are filled with substance, every movement, sound, costume and set idea is well and truly thought out, with a density which is overwhelming.
He has worked with Gary Clarke, Jordan Massarella, Alexander Whitely, Douglas Thorpe, Dana Foglia, Adam Rutherford, Holly Blakey, Rita Macarlo, Jennifer Lynn Crawford, Kathinka Walter, Katie Dale Everett.
He graduated from the Northern School of Contemporary Dance 2013, with more exciting plans in 2014
