Jack is a BA Technical Theatre student at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has interests in lighting and video across theatre, opera, television, concerts and touring. Whilst currently working in the west end, he's also completed his first three lighting designs for Impotent, Pericles and Cymbeline.

Over the summer he worked alongside award winning lighting designer Patrick Woodroffe and his team to help deliver the lighting for the London 2012 Paralympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies. Working as one of two interns, he worked in close connection with Adam Bassett, Tim Routledge and Andy Voller throughout the rehearsal period and also had roles on the ceremonies themselves.

His previous experience covers a wide section of the industry as a whole, ranging from live television and broadcast experience (ITV: Dancing on Ice, National Lottery Awards, Britain's Got Talent, BBC: Let's Dance for Sport Relief) right the way through to being technical crew on the Hillsong Christmas Festival at Wembley Arena and The Audience at the Gielgud Theatre.

Recently, Jack has been shadowing the lighting team on Billy Elliot, Macbeth and the brand new west end show, Viva Forever! at the Piccadilly Theatre.

As well as being a student, Jack is also a technical member of the National Youth Theatre, and also attends the International Student Drama Festival.
