About me

An energetic, expressive individual who as an actor commits every cell of her body to a role; striving to convey truth above all things in performance. I started in the theatre company "General Silliness Productions", taking a reworking of Carlo Goldoni's "A Servant for two Masters" to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2012 after a run in the International Youth Arts Festival in Kingston in the role of Silvio among other characters. One of these characters was a minstrel for which I successfully learnt to play the Ukulele in three months. The following year, having achieved a LAMDA Grade 8 Distinction in Acting in the spring, I auditioned the Leicester University Theatre's production of Richard III, gaining the part of Queen Elizabeth. We had the pleasure of performing not only in front of ambassadors from the RSC but also the BBC. Most recently I participated in an experimental physical theatre piece called "The Sandman" as the female protagonist, which we created and performed within three days.
