I am graduate of the degree course- Dance: Urban Practice at the University of East London. I have a history of training in performing arts, musical theatre, and various urban dance styles and a passion for teaching that has been with me since a young age. Before university I gained over two years of experience in teaching dance classes in various settings, such as primary schools, sixth forms and dance schools.
I have a great interest in showcasing dance through video, and I am inspired daily by various music genres including techno, house and electro, as well as the urban and social cultures and sub-cultures surrounding cities, and communities from Detroit to London. The rhythms and layers of techno music (and many other genres) inspire my visions, though I aim to explore various areas of music and dance in my work and create innovative and captivating work through the various skills I have learnt, and all that I am yet to learn.
