Toothlessness Perhaps the breast was disappeared too quickly, anyway, I stayed orally fixated, my fingers never out of my mouth. Each tooth was touched a hundred times a day, sprung soldiers, each one weak. I had dreams I’d lose my teeth. Tar beasties, sucked down, swirled inside my mouth’s rough darkness, harsh as orange peel – I dreamed of a kiss so vast that we’d fuse like fish, enter the prehistory of kisses, tongues larger than night or water – My husband, we grew to be to be elderly. About me

I'm a writer living in South London, working as Social Media and Communications Officer for WaveLength charity, and Website, Marketing and Listings Officer for Poetry London magazine. I also regularly produce copywriting for various clients, as well as reviewing poetry and novels. My debut poetry pamphlet, How Many Camels Is Too Many, was published by Holdfire in 2012, and my first full collection is due out from Eyewear in October 2014. I've completed a novel about a feral child in 18th century Mauritius, The Inhabitants, and am represented by Ariella Feiner at United Agents. I'm attracted by writing about extreme places, madness and perception, and interior landscapes. I graduated from UEA with a MA in Creative Writing (Prose) in 2013, and from King's College, Cambridge with an English BA in 2010.
