FILMMAKER// Chloe is freelance filmmaker and editor, producing music videos, short documentaries and promotional videos for film and theatre production companies and educational and creative learning establishments and community youth organisations and charities

CREATIVE PRACTITIONER// She also designs and deliver film-making, multi-media and arts workshops as well as delivering Arts Awards with young people in primary and secondary schools and community and youth groups. She has freelanced as a creative practitioner for organisations such as ArtForms, Red Ladder Theatre Company and their Global Justice Project and Stretch, www.stretch-charity.org/; a charity that aims to widen participation in the arts amongst young people particularly working with Children in Care and Offenders.

ARTIST// Chloe makes films and installations that aim to instigate a socio-political discourse, seeking to break the boundaries of conventional documentary formats, and instead representing multi-layered projects or ventures. The work draws up relationships between extremes of race, class and environment, and indeed brings to the fore the relationship between filmmaker and subject, the familiar and the unknown, with a strong focus on artist community engagement.
