Londoner newbie! Moved down from Newcastle so that I can be open and available to the vast amount of opportunities that are on offer here. What I'm mostly interested in this year is to gain experience. I've already started by attending workshops, masterclasses, reading, researching, and whenever I get the chance going to the theatre.
The biggest reason of as why I am now a Southern based Geordie is so that I can pursue my journey of getting into Drama School. This year will be my third attempt applying and I have never felt more ready for it. Whilst I try again I aim to spend my year training and discovering new skills, developing and utilizing those that I have built whilst collaborating and networking with a wide range of artists.
I love many genres of Theatre from Classical - Contemporary, Physical Theatre - Naturalism and I am extremely interested in ensemble work.
I was recently given the amazing opportunity to be a part of The North Wall's Summer Outreach project, have performed with The People's Theatre and was chosen to participate in Northern Stages' Springboard residency last Summer (2013). I have a Foundation Degree in Contemporary Acting from Newcastle Performance Academy.
