Im Chris S-D and my stage name is BusyFingers. DJing is my number one passion, i started around 2006 and play a whole range of genres, my main focus being old skool HipHop and RnB. At my nights you'll also hear house, bass, grime, funk, garage, dancehall and experimental beats too. Im part of the Crew42 collective and the DJ for the music subsidiary "The42". We started performing together on-stage early 2013 and since then have opened up for French hiphop group 1995, Itunes hiphop tape of the year 2012 winner Oddisee, Chuck Inglish (from The Cool Kids), underground hiphop legend Jean Grae, Hiphop producer Large Professor..the list is always expanding.

I currently host a night called "JointsnJams" around Oxford Circus area which i am hoping to expand across other venues (and London in general) and am working on collaborations with other promoters and like-minded music lovers to make this a reality. I have previously held residencies at The Black Sheep Bar in Croydon and played in numerous other venues and events across the city.

Myself and my group are also dancers and spend alot of time together having sessions. I practice funkstyles including popping, animation, and robotics but would like to eventually expand to learning locking, toprock and house.

I also have a keen interest in learning to produce and my goal is ultimately to be making music i can then play in my sets and have my group perform over live on stage.
