The Bridge Theatre Company is a newly established, unique ensemble that aspires to create compelling and innovative theatre through persistence and play. We endeavour to create contemporary work that explores the complexities of modern day life, aspiring to provoke a stimulating discussion amongst our audience. We push ourselves to explore taboo subjects, whilst experimenting with a variety of theatre styles. Each year the ensemble of actors changes, but the name of the company remains the same.
This year The Bridge Theatre Company are working with award winning playwright Evan Placey and we are hoping to tour our production in 2014. In accordance with our company manifesto we are tackling a difficult subject matter. Scan Artists is a play, which explores terminal illness, specifically cancer within young people.
In order to tour our production we are fundraising all the money ourselves.
