I am a creative and performance artist adrenalised by dance, poetry and music.
I graduated from Middlesex University with a BA Hons in Dance Studies and later studied at Broadway Dance Centre.

Throughout my career I have worked with a number of dance forms including contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, dancehall and African dance. I perform, choreograph and teach workshops through out the UK and internationally.

My love of writing and phrasing has taken me down two roads. As a spoken word poet I have performed in New York and London. Including Breaking Conventions 'Open Art Surgery 2012'.

A lover of music, I also songwrite. This is currently a hobbie which I intend to push further.
As a voacalist I trained with Gwen Connely (USA), Kurt Robinson (USA) and Kurt Kansley (UK).

Creativly I am influenced by every day life, interesting phrases and characters I come accross. I have discovered a love for crossing arts and dance styles which now fuels the majority of my works.

I also founded and direct AQ Arts which provides performances and workshops across the sectors.
