I have lived in Leeds from the age of twelve and I am now attending the Northern School of Contemporary Dance where I am in my third year of my degree. I have always enjoyed dancing from a young age and have come across many obstacles which could have stopped me from dancing but I continue to press on for the love of the craft.

I now find myself with some financial problems which I would love to sort out but I have not the funds to do so.

I was born in Jamaica and moved to England with my mother in search for a better life. My experiences in life has become a part of my artistic voice and the work I want to pursue to make is with that same humanistic experiential quality. I have experienced many different cultures and ideas and I love to display these differences and similarities in my work to lesson the differences between every common man.

My career aspects include gaining a high experience of performance to understand the communication between performer and audience. I aim to do this by performing in my own work and in other people's work as I believe artist should communicate and work together from many different fields in order to grow in their own. Collaboration is something I strongly believe in because collectively people can really cover many different ways of communicating an idea with different art forms working together. I am very interested in writing poetry and music. I also love to create social parodies on stage to take the audience outside of their seats and in the character's shoes. This can be by creating pieces made for public spaces, an example could by a type of flash mob format, creating something less formal so audiences react differently. Playing with the difference of audience when they do not feel as controlled and as set as when they are in a theatre.
