I am currently working as project co-ordinator/graduate intern for People Express, a community arts organisation based in South Derbyshire. I am also currently on the search for new exciting collaborations for performance/ cross-disciplinary work.

I graduated with a First Class BA(hons) in Theatre with Textual Practices from University College Falmouth incorporating Dartington College of Arts. I spent the first two years of my degree at Dartington, which really helped for develop my practice and expand my horizons toward work I would like to make. Whilst there I formed Fold Out Theatre Company alongside three fellow artists Shanna May Breen, Rowan Hennessy and Matthew Smallwood. To date we have made two full length studio based pieces of devised theatre together and one roaming performance.

As well as being one quarter of Fold Out Theatre, my solo practice has focused upon a meeting ground between place and self. I am very interested in the meeting ground between theatre and anthropology, which was the subject matter of my dissertation. My 2010 project, Notes on the Everyday was a search for ways to interact with place and space. In a search for ways to combine text and action I wrote a series of text based scores that were to be used in Public Space. I was part of a project entitled The Dove, The Ghost,The Handkerchief Tree, working with Karen Christopher (formerly of Goat Island) in order to generate material, around the merger of Dartington College of Arts with University College Falmouth. Through 3 sets of workshops set out across the three years the group gathered material and generated three performances, the last of which was presented in May at the Performance Centre, Tremough Campus in Penryn, Cornwall.

I am currently taking and seeking out photographs of people posing with cats (any donations appreciated). I am experimenting with ideas of moon travel, weighlessness and weight loss.
