A recent graduate of English literature and Creative Writing from Warwick University, I am a screenwriter and playwright. I have written a number of full length lengths, one of which ('The Gravediggers') was performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2009. I also won the Young Playwright of the Year award in 2005, with my short script 'Departure Lounge'. I have recently finished writing a two-part drama, and am currently starting work on an adaptation of a book into a mini-series. My short film 'Sleepwalking' will be produced in early 2013, with Shark Infested Shorts.

I have also worked for the BBC, the Royal Shakespeare Company and the West Yorkshire Playhouse, as a runner, in marketing, and in literary development respectively. I am currently working as a freelance script reader for the National Theatre of Scotland, a marketing intern as the Traverse Theatre, and as a bookseller at an independent bookshop.
