100% aims to provide performance opportunities for young acts between the ages of 14 - 25. We host monthly music gigs with a variety of styles, themed nights from Battle Of The Bands to Halloween Oxjam and an annual dance showcase. In 2012, we held 16 events and we worked with 380 performers and reached over 2500 audience members through our events.

We are always looking for new fun and creative 100% Producers to organise our gigs, gain event management and marketing skills and make new friends!

If you're a band looking for performance opportunities, 100% is the event to gain you experience and fans when you might be limited otherwise. Performing at 100% also means you will be able to have professional pictures without watermarks taken and your performance filmed and recorded for free to be used on your own social media.
