We are always on the look out for the most exciting new theatre makers, so if you’re aged 18 – 30 and are committed to a career in theatre, we can give you opportunities to meet peers, make new work and benefit from incredible access to industry professionals.

We run a huge variety of one off, and longer term projects every year, all focused on supporting and developing the careers of emerging actors, directors, producers and writers. Our alumni have gone on to star in West End and Broadway shows, become artistic directors of leading arts organisations and have had their work comissioned by the most prestigious theatres in the country.
