Every month, you can book a half hour slot with members of the OVNV team to discuss your career. Whether you’re an actor keen to get feedback on your current audition monologue or looking to get or change your agent; a producer looking for funding or to discuss an idea; a director looking to pitch a play or pull together a creative team or a writer looking to get your work on or receive dramaturgical advice; this is your chance to pick our brains and receive advice and guidance. Meetings take place at IdeasTap Offices, Woolyard, Bermondsey Street. Practitioners not based in London or the UK are welcome to Skype. Click here to book your slot!

EDINBURGH SEASON
We’ll be working with the Underbelly to find five brand new plays to take to the Edinburgh Festival. We’ll cover theatre rental at the Underbelly, PR and marketing for the full month, while you enjoy support from a dedicated team of OVNV practitioners and Underbelly staff. 21 OPPORTUNITIES AT THE OLD VIC TUNNELS

BEST OF BRITISH
200 U.S. based actors, writers, directors and producers will be invited to take part in four intensive weekends of talks, workshops and mentoring sessions led by British practitioners that will strengthen peer-to- peer connections leading to new creative collaborations. Find out more here.
IGNITE FILM PREMIERES
OVNV, Time Warner and Warner Bros. present six short films created by actors, writers, directors and producers from the OVNV Talent pool. Inspired by the Old Vic’s main house season, the films are a collaboration with RADA and BAFTA-nominated filmmaker Joanna Coates. THE US/UK EXCHANGE
Alongside the TS Eliot Estate we will complete our three-year search to find the very best American and British talent by showcasing six brand new American plays for the first time in the UK. We’ll also be assembling the UK creative teams through open auditions, find out more here or APPLY NOW
THE 24 HOUR PLAYS: OLD VIC NEW VOICES
For the seventh year running we’ll partner with the extraordinary 24 Hour Play Company, and IdeasTap, to discover the next generation of stars to take part in the ultimate theatrical challenge, to make 7 plays in just one day. STAGING SUCCESS
For the third year running we’re inviting schools to select thirty students from years 9-13 to attend a day at The Old Vic where we’ll show them how a play is produced, marketed and designed, from page to stage, and provide them with free tickets to one of our productions. EPIDEMIC
The Old Vic Tunnels will be the setting for a new multimedia musical that takes a fresh look at global health and hygiene. Cast and crew will come from the OVNV Community Theatre Company, a multicultural, trans-generational group of over 100 talented volunteers from all over London, selected by open auditions. APPLY NOW!
