2011 Season: Fear, Faith and Fundamentalism

thumbnail

As part of our 2011 season, the National Youth Theatre have performed across the UK with some of our most thrilling work yet.

Last August, NYT staged two exciting shows in The Old Vic Tunnels: Our Days of Rage and Orpheus & Eurydice

We were delighted to perform in Sheffield last September with the second part of our epic ecological adventure. 'Slick'

Following our successful run in Glasgow in 2010 with 'Stars Over Kabul', NYT returned in 2011 with 'Ghost Office', a gripping site specific piece of interactive theatre that took its audience on a journey through redundant spaces bringing them and their stories to life.

And last, but by no means least, we performed at the remarkable open-air Black Country Living Museum in Dudley during the Summer with an exciting new piece of theatre, White City Black Country. Inspired by local stories, this was an Olympic tale. 50 young actors will take us on the journey of makers to winners!
